Automotive Technician/Mechanic

At Sorg Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram we are dedicated to providing quality automotive repair services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

 We have multiple busy, full-service facilities; and we are looking for automotive technicians/mechanics to help us create an environment of success! We are a successful family owned organization. Please apply ONLY if you have the required 2 years automotive technician/mechanical experience!

Automotive Technician/Mechanic Requirements

·        Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment

·        Knowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics

·        Track record of high personal productivity

·        Knowledge of and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities

Automotive Technician/Mechanic Qualifications

·        Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, welders, diagnostic equipment, etc

·        Experience leading less qualified technicians in vehicle repairs is a plus

·        Must have valid Drivers License that meets insurance guidelines

·        Must have hand tools required to complete skills

Required experience:

·        Automotive Technician: 2 years

Required license or certification:

·        Driver

Pay: Possible Signing Bonus, Salary is Flat Rate depending on experience
